Do You Ship Worldwide?

Where Do You Ship From?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Since we process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders cannot be modified or canceled. However, you may return the item for a full refund once it arrives.
When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipping occurs the following day. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Due to high demand, orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.
What If I Don’t Receive My Order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I Be Charged Customs or Taxes?
Prices on our website are tax-free in USD. You may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receiving your order, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are your responsibility and will not be covered by Go2Kids.

What If I Receive a Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Item?
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please email info@go2kids.ca with your order number, photos of the item, and details of the issue. We will work to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or processing a cancellation request. If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
